Adult Walking Club: Walking yourself into good physical shape has become the most popular form of exercise throughout the country. Our adult and senior citizen walking club will allow you to walk, enjoy our beautiful Crescent Park, Maple City Trail and accumulate miles towards prizes. Complete details for the Walking Club are available at the Dobisky Center. Please call or stop by and check it out. Get in shape and win a prize. Sounds too good to be true!

Women's Slimnastics:  Tuesday and Thursday mornings, at the Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club Gym from 9:00 am-11 am.  Activities include aerobics, exercise and tennis.  Begins October 9, 2007, through April 24, 2008.  Fee $25.00

Competitive Swimming:  Under the direction of OFA modified swimming coach, Dave Murray, we will be offering a winter/spring competitive swimming program at the OFA pool.  This camp will stress improvements in each of the competitive swim classes, including freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly and backstroke.  The program is for boys and girls ages eight years and older who have the ability to do lap swimming and the goal to improve their skills.  This highly successful program will start in mid January and run twice weekly for ten weeks.  The cost of the class is $60.00. Sign up early, class size is limited.

Maple City Trail Walk/Run: The Recreation Department in partnership with the Seaway Festival Committee will be hosting the "Maple City Trail Walk/Run" on Sunday, July 22, 2007. The four-mile race course will take you through Crescent Park, over the Lafayette Street Bridge and along the Maple City Trail parallel to the Oswegatchie River. Awards, T-shirts and refreshments are included in the entry fee. Registration forms will be available at the Dobisky Center and at businesses throughout the area.
