Housing and Community Development Programs are under the direction of the Planning & Development Department. The Planning and Development Director is responsible for administering all activities under the City’s Federal, State and locally-funded housing and community development programs and prepares grant applications for continued funding for community development, housing, historic preservation, and main street revitalization.
