The City of Ogdensburg Parks and Recreation Department has experienced a tremendous growth over the past three decades. The new Dobisky Center and St. Lawrence River Boardwalk, Elsa M. Luksich Municipal Pool, Crescent Park & Maple City Trail, Richard G. Lockwood Civic Center, Park Street Athletic Field, Kids Kingdom, Tennis Courts, Skateboard Park, and our Municipal Marina highlight the efforts of many dedicated people.
