Investigation and Application
At the time of filing an application for an amusement center license pursuant to this article, a fee of $50 shall be paid to defray the cost of the investigation required. This fee is nonrefundable.
Fees
The fees for a license to operate a game is $25 per license year, per machine maintained on the premises containing a game room. We will not prorate fees.
Renewal
The license year is from January 1 to December 31 of each year and all licenses issued for amusement devices within game rooms expire on the 31st day of December, of each year.
The license may be renewed after certification to the City Clerk and upon inspection by the building inspector that there has been no change of circumstances since the issuance of the original license.
