Phone Scams
Never give out any personal information such as date of birth, social security numbers, banking accounting information, credit card information, etc. Any questions regarding scams resembling the same, please notify Ogdensburg City Police immediately or your local law enforcement agency.

Suspicious Mail, E-mail or Telephone Calls
To all city residents as well as surrounding areas: any suspicious activity via telephone, email, or delivered mail should be verified through their local police department - also: never give out any personal information such as date of birth, social security numbers, banking account information, credit card information, etc. - please be cautious when unknown person(s) ask you to send money orders via postal service as a way to redeem prizes; as winning a prize should never require a person to pay for such-any questions regarding scams resembling same please notify Ogdensburg city police immediately or your local law enforcement agency.
