REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SURVEY THIRD PARTY ABATEMENT MONITORING AND AIR MONITORING 

The City of Ogdensburg ("City"), a local government entity seeks proposals from Qualified Engineering Professionals (“QEP”) to provide Hazardous Material Survey and Third Party Abatement Monitoring and Air Monitoring in accordance with this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).  Requested services are limited to the properties identified in Attachment A (see complete RFP). The City currently owns two (2) of the properties and anticipates completion of tax sale foreclosure proceedings on four (4) additional properties. The City requests proposals from QEPs with demonstrated experience in similar projects.

The deadline for submission is Thursday December 2, 2021 no later that 2:00 pm. Interested parties who would like to perform a visual inspection of any of the structures, are advised to contact Andrea L. Smith 315-393-7150 to schedule access to the properties.
